Sealcoating your asphalt is an important part of preventive maintenance and keeping your asphalt in great shape. It protects it from things like traffic and the wearher elements, keeping it from degrading causing costly damages or even full replacement. Sealcoating should be done every 2 to 4 years depending on how much traffic the asphal
Sealcoating your asphalt is an important part of preventive maintenance and keeping your asphalt in great shape. It protects it from things like traffic and the wearher elements, keeping it from degrading causing costly damages or even full replacement. Sealcoating should be done every 2 to 4 years depending on how much traffic the asphalt gets. Unlike most contractors, we do not add water to our sealer. Watering down the sealer causes the sealer to degrade quicker and causes the customer to call the contractor the next year versus a 2 to 4 year period which is how long the sealer should last for. It's important to us to do honest work and treat customers how we would like to be treated. We also feel that it's important to educate the customers so that they know who they are hiring. When anyone pays for something they deserve to get what they pay for. We use a commercial grade coal tar sealer.
